Meet The Owners
Meet Dan and Tim, the guys behind Bull and The Bear Kitchen! They've been in the food and hospitality industry for over 20 years and started this restaurant over the shared value of having freedom and creativity in the culinary realm. The name came from their attitudes and physical attributes.
Although they're both native to Northern Michigan (Dan from Gaylord and Tim from East Jordan), they've traveled across the country learning and developing skills along the way. They never formally met until their paths crossed while both living in Colorado. After a few years of laughing, learning, and drinking, the idea for Bull and The Bear Kitchen was born, and they decided to move back to Michigan and give it a shot.
